The 21st International Istanbul Gastronomy Days, organized by the Turkish Chefs and Cooks Federation (TAŞFED), took place from December 18-21, 2024, at the Şile Cultural Center. This prestigious event brought together 1,700 participants from 30 countries and 90 internationally renowned jury members. Competitors showcased their skills across 70 diverse categories, highlighting the best of the culinary world.
Representing Northern Cyprus as the only university participant, the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department of Final International University proudly took part in this significant competition. Our students achieved remarkable success, winning a total of 3 gold, 1 silver, and 3 bronze medals.
