A protocol has been signed between Final International University and Istanbul Technical University, North Cyprus. The FIU Rector, Prof. Dr. Abdullah Y. Öztoprak and ITU-TRNC Rector, Prof. Dr. Ercan Kahya looked forward through the protocol to providing the highest level of benefit to the academicians, students and staff of the universities; the protocol also includes opportunities for the exchange of students for educational and research purposes, short-term programs, the exchange of academic staff for teaching and research, cooperation in research projects and publications, the organization of joint seminars, conferences and other scientific events, and the organization of joint cultural events.
