A seminar entitled "Program Qualifications and Learning Outcomes" has been held at Final International University as part of in-service training for academic staff. Conducted by FIU’s Dr. Halil Kamışlı, the seminar overviewed the general and core competencies determined by the Higher Education Council in line with with the Bologna process. Kamışlı stated that the FIU has prepared the general qualifications of the school and the program qualifications / outputs in line with the these competencies.

In the seminar, Dr. Kamışlı emphasized the importance of writing learning outcomes using observable, measurable and comprehensible verbs and avoiding vagueness. Examples of learning outcomes in the dimensions of knowledge, skills, attitude and values were also explored.
