Final International University Holds 3rd International Applied Mathematics and Engineering Science Conference

The 3rd International Applied Mathematics and Engineering Science Conference, organised jointly by Final International University, Fırat University and Moulay Ismail University has taken place on FIU campus. The conference has brought together high-level scientists and researchers from all over the world. Present at the opening ceremony were Antalya Bilim University Rector, İsmail Yüksek, Ahi Evran University Rector Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya, Van Yüzüncü Yıl University Rector Prof. Dr. Peyami Battal, Uşak University Rector Prof. Dr. Ekrem Savaş, Cyprus International University Rector, Prof. Dr. Halil Nadiri ve Cyprus Social Sciences University Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Tümer.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dean of the Faculty of Sciences of Fırat University, Dr. Rifat Çolak stated that the conference was organized to exchange information in the field of mathematics and engineering and to provide the highest level of sharing of new inventions and information in these fields.

Professor Zakia Hammouch of Moulay Ismail University noted that the third conference this year had attracted even more participation, and expressed his pleasure at the collaboration of three different universities in the organization.

The Rector of International Final University Dr. Abdullah Y. Öztoprak expressed his pleasure at hosting the event, and at how such events fulfill FIU’s internationalization philosophy and policies, and its dedication to enhancing the knowledge, skills and competencies needed by graduates of the twenty-first century.
