The "Disability Awareness" seminar organized by Final International University took place on Çatalköy campus.

Moderated by Dr. Aslı Önay Akçay, the President of the TRNC Solidarity Association for the Disabled, Ömer Suay, and the President of the Cyprus Foundation for the Hearing and Speech Impaired, Bahire Çoşkuner Doğru attended the seminar. Special Education Teaching and Psychology students attended the seminar in which information about disability awareness, disability concepts and academic studies were conveyed.

The event came to an end with a question and answer session. In the awarness raising seminar souvenir photos were taken with the speakers. Moderator Dr. Aslı Önay Akçay presented a certificate of appreciation to the speakers.
