The Purpose and Outcomes of the International Law Undergraduate Program (LLB)

Our International Law program aims to train students who will have the ability to use today’s technology effectively in connection with the mission of our University, can think freely and originally within the framework of ethical values, can be able to keep up with the rapid change of globalization, fully equipped with professional knowledge and skills as team leaders and players with high social and emotional intelligence.

In this regard, it is also the purpose of the course to train students who are aware of their rights, who claim their rights, can offer legal solutions to the changes and developments in society, to consider law as a social phenomenon, and to have analytical thinking skills.

Students who graduate from the International Law Undergraduate Program (LLB) is expected to gain competence in the following subjects:

• to have sufficient, reliable and up-to-date information in the field of common law;
• to specialize in common law;
• to have skills of reasoning, interpretation, analytical thinking specific to the field of common law;
• to establish a common mind compatible with the principles of common law by identifying legal problems correctly;
• to be able to produce equitable, human-oriented and fair solutions based on the principles of common law;
• to have the ability to work multidisciplinary;
• to take part in researches, projects and activities with the awareness of social responsibility;
• to use information sources effectively;
• to have the skill of verbal and written communication in English;
• to observe their duties, rights and responsibilities in legal practices and;
• to act under the legislation and professional ethical rules in cooperation with relevant disciplines.
