During the two-year education period, students are required to complete a 69-credit program with a weighted average of at least 2.0 out of 4.0 and complete a compulsory internship (120 ECTS). Students must also complete weekly training in a professional kitchen, for which they keep a logbook.
Students are obliged to do an internship for 75 working days during the summer semesters. The main purpose of this internship program is to provide students with the opportunity to engage with the industry, develop applications, and find employment more easily after graduation, and it is mandatory.
