Graduates of Tourism Management Master's Degree will be able to be employed in management staff in the Tourism and Food and Beverage Management sector, as they will have knowledge of the management and leadership issues they will acquire. In addition, they will have the opportunity to create a concept by opening their own workplace. In this context, it has stated in the reports that the potential for people who will work in these positions in Northern Cyprus within the scope of the VETLAM project (Vocational Education Training Project) funded by the European Commission is high. This result is also present in the researches conducted by Final International University Tourism Department and Northern Cyprus Turkish Hoteliers Association (KITOB).
