1. Travelling to ERCAN, North Cyprus (via Turkey):

Conference participants will travel to ERCAN Airport in North Cyprus through any airport in Turkey by using only the following airlines:

Turkish Airlines
Pegasus Airlines
AtlasGlobal
Onur Air
Anadolu Jet

International Participants will purchase their tickets as "connecting flights"
from the above airlines or through their agents when making their own reservations.

2. Getting From Ercan Airport to the Conference Hotels in Girne Region

Route between Ercan Airport and Girne (Conference City)

There are three alternatives for this journey:

1. Use FIU’s transportation service (see below)
2. Use KIBHAS Airport to City Bus Service and then take a Taxi from the Bus Terminal to your Hotel (see below)
3. Take a taxi service from Ercan Airport direct to your hotel (a bit pricy – see below).

Details are given below:

(ii) Participants can use daily KIBHAS airport bus services to arrive GIRNE city bus terminal (next to the Colony Hotel). They can then take taxis to their accommodations from there. Bus time table is given below.

Airport bus fare 18 Turkish Lira (one way). Taxi price cost must be added for transfer from bus terminal to the hotel (typical 60TL, actual prices may vary but there is a taximeter in each taxi).

(iii) Taxi services:  There are a number of different taxi companies that operate from ERCAN airport to Cities and Hotels around the island. Typical taxi price for ERCAN-Acapulco Hotel is 100 TL one way and 120 TL to Girne city centre.

3. Travelling to-from the Conference Hotels to Final International University location.

Final International University will provide transport for participants from accommodations to conference location during the conference at announced times (cost free).
