The accommodation fee is valid for one academic year which registration completed. The accommodation fee is paid in 2 equal instalments. The first instalment and deposit fee of the accommodation fee is paid during registration, and the second instalment of the accommodation fee is paid on the spring renewal date. Students who register are deemed to have accepted and committed to stay in the halls between the dates mentioned above. In case of leaving the halls, no refund is made and an annual full fee is charged.
