The Harbour Residential Hall has 3 room types.

1. Independent 2 person rooms: These  rooms consist of a bathroom,  toilet, a bunk bed, double wardrobe, 2 study desks and air conditioning.
2. 2 person room in one apart: consists of a room for 2 people and a shared bathroom and toilet with the other 4 people in the Apart. The room has a bunk bed, a double closet, 2 study desks and an air conditioner.
3. 4 person room in one apart: consists of a room for 4 people and a shared-use bathroom and toilet with 2 other people in the apartment. The room has 2 bunk beds, 4 person lockers, 4 study desks and an air conditioner.

Each floor at the harbour residential has a communal kitchen. The kitchens include a fridge, dining table, air conditioner, stove, oven, microwave, TV and coin-operated washing machine.
