Prof. Dr. İbrahim Benter, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Final International University, has received a prestigious international endorsement for his groundbreaking research on the angiotensin-(1-7) protein. His studies have been officially recognized and approved in the April 2025 report of the International Union of Basic and Clinical Pharmacology (IUPHAR) and the British Pharmacological Society (BPS).

Prof. Dr. Benter's research highlights the therapeutic and protective role of the angiotensin-(1-7) receptor in the respiratory system. These findings hold great potential in opening new avenues for the treatment of respiratory diseases, including conditions like COVID-19.
