As part of their official visit to Azerbaijan, the A. Rector and delegation of Final International University (FIU) visited Hedef STEAM College, one of the country’s leading educational institutions affiliated with Hedef Educational Institutions.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şemil Sadiq, Founding Director of Hedef Educational Institutions, who expressed his pleasure at hosting the FIU representatives. Dr. Sadiq, who had previously participated in an international event organized by FIU, shared his satisfaction with the growing cooperation between the two institutions. He noted that Hedef operates three major colleges, more than 20 tutoring centers, and publishing houses, and serves as a national brand in Azerbaijan’s education sector. He emphasized his belief that future collaborations with FIU would contribute significantly to the educational development of both countries.

Speaking on behalf of the university, FIU A. Rector Prof. Dr. Orhan Gemikonaklı expressed his delight at being in Azerbaijan and visiting Hedef Educational Institutions. He underlined that although FIU is a young university, it is dynamic and rapidly advancing with many achievements. Prof. Dr. Gemikonaklı stated that academic cooperation between FIU and Hedef would be mutually beneficial. He also provided information about the university's faculties and ongoing initiatives, highlighting their commitment to supporting Azerbaijan’s educational advancement by preparing highly qualified graduates.

As part of the visit, the delegation toured Hedef STEAM College, where they were given detailed insights into the Azerbaijani education system and the innovative educational model implemented at the college.

This visit marks an important step in fostering academic partnerships between Final International University and Hedef Educational Institutions, laying the groundwork for future collaborative projects in education.
