The students of the Gastronomy Department at Final International University's Ünal Çağıner School of Tourism and Culinary Arts organized an unforgettable event at the end of their four-year education. The students, who hosted their families, faculty, and the University Rector at a unique dinner organized as part of their graduation project, were highly acclaimed for their talents.
At the event, the students combined the theoretical knowledge and practical skills they acquired throughout their education and presented their guests with a culinary journey with their own menus. This special evening, filled with elegant presentations, meticulously prepared plates, and creative flavors, was an unforgettable experience for the participants.
Speaking at the event, Rector Prof. Dr. Orhan Gemikonaklı expressed his satisfaction with the high level of professionalism and creativity displayed by the students, stating that the Gastronomy Department has once again demonstrated the quality of its education. With this meaningful project, the students demonstrated their competence not only in the kitchen but also in areas such as organization, hospitality, and presentation.
