The second issue of the Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities (UFU-SOBED / FIU-JOSSH), which publishes international scientific and academic research, has been released to the scholarly community. The journal was first launched by Final International University in January 2025. The latest issue features four research articles and one case study, along with six review/research articles and one book review in a special section titled “New Approaches in Ethnography,” centred on Ankara University's postgraduate programme. All contributions were reviewed through a double-blind peer review process and are registered with CrossRef-DOI.

Prof. Dr. Metin Karadağ, the journal’s editor and a faculty member at FIU, expressed his gratitude to the university administration for their continued support. He noted that since the journal’s acceptance into Dergipark following its first issue, they have been able to continue publishing on a respected and high-quality platform, with the goal of elevating the journal to reputable and prestigious academic indexes. Karadağ also stated that they look forward to receiving submissions that will contribute to the scientific community for the third issue, scheduled for publication in January 2026.
