Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hüsnü Turanlı, a faculty member at Final International University, has published his new book titled “Stakeholder and Stakeholder Law.”

The book provides a comprehensive examination of the “stakeholder” concept, which has gained increasing significance in education, economics, and business fields in recent years. It emphasizes the need for institutions and corporations to consider not only shareholders but also employees, customers, suppliers, consumers, and the broader environment in their decision-making processes.

In this context, the study analyzes stakeholder theories and evaluates the position of stakeholders within the Turkish legal system, presenting a detailed legal framework of the stakeholder concept.
