As part of its orientation activities for the 2025-2026 academic year, Final International University organized a Famagusta tour on Sunday, October 12, aiming to introduce students to the beauty and cultural heritage of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

The trip was designed to help new students adapt to university life while experiencing Turkish Cypriot culture firsthand. Participants explored some of Famagusta’s most iconic landmarks, including the City Walls, Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque, Othello Castle, and the Maraş (Varosha) region.

University officials emphasized that such activities not only strengthen social connections among students but also contribute to a deeper understanding of the island’s historical and cultural identity.

The orientation trip received enthusiastic participation from both local and international students. Many shared that they enjoyed the day while gaining valuable insights into the rich history of Cyprus.
