The Final International University Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts participated in Gastro Antalya, one of Turkey’s largest professional competition and gastronomy events, organized under the leadership of the Mediterranean Association of Gastronomy and Culinary Stars.
During the competition, students demonstrated outstanding skills in various categories, earning a total of 1 gold and 6 silver medals, marking a notable achievement for the university.
The competition results are as follows:
Enes Dayıoğlu – Fish Plate, Silver Medal
Fatma Azra Özdoğdu – Pasta Plate, Silver Medal
Mehmethan Tuğrel – Main Course Plate, Gold Medal
Yelda Köroğlu – Dessert Plate, Silver Medal
Mehmethan Tuğrel, Yelda Köroğlu, Enes Dayıoğlu – Modern Turkish Cuisine Team Competition, 3 Silver Medals
Final International University also extended its congratulations to gastronomy instructors Kemal Ferit, İlkcan Cilasın, and Selim Yeşilpınar, who prepared and accompanied the students throughout the competition. The university highlighted that this success reflects the strength of its academic and practical culinary education.
