Final International University celebrated Teachers’ Day on 24 November with a series of events attended by its academic staff. Rector Prof. Dr. Orhan Gemi Konaklı spent the day visiting the university’s various campuses to personally congratulate the academic staff on this special occasion.

Prof. Dr. Gemi Konaklı visited off-main-campus units, including the Lefkoşa Faculty of Dentistry Campus, the Serinli Ünal Çağıner Gastronomy Campus, and the Selvili Campus, where he met with academics and expressed his appreciation for their contributions. These visits underscored the university’s commitment to valuing the teaching profession and recognizing the efforts of its academic personnel.

Following the campus visits, the program continued with a Teachers’ Day cocktail event held at the Çatalköy Campus. During the gathering, Rector Gemi Konaklı addressed the academic staff, highlighting the vital role they play in the university’s development, and presented flowers to all attending academics.

As in previous years, Final International University marked Teachers’ Day by acknowledging the dedication and contributions of its academic staff, once again emphasizing the importance of the teaching profession in both society and education.
