Black Sea Gastronomy Brought to the Global Stage with Final International University

The “From Sea to Mountains: Trabzon Gastronomy and Tourism Meeting,” held in the Araklı district of Trabzon, introduced the unique local flavors of the Black Sea region while also highlighting the importance of gastronomy education on national and international platforms through the contributions of the Department of Gastronomy at Final International University.

Kemal Ferit, a faculty member of the Department of Gastronomy at Final International University, took part in the Araklı meeting and emphasized the importance of integrating Black Sea cuisine with world cuisines. In his speech, Ferit addressed the following key points:
