The 22nd International Istanbul Culinary Days, organized by the Turkish Chefs and Cooks Federation (TAŞFED), were held between December 17–20, 2025. Recognized as one of the most prestigious events in the gastronomy world, the competition brought together approximately 1,500 participants from 27 different countries, along with 200 internationally renowned jury members. Competitions were held across 70 different categories, providing a global platform for professionals and gastronomy students to showcase their culinary talents.
The Ünal Çağıner School of Tourism and Culinary Arts at Final International University proudly distinguished itself at this prestigious event with remarkable achievements. Students from the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program competed in five different categories in the university division, earning a total of 1 gold, 5 silver, and 1 bronze medals.

The university extends its congratulations to the esteemed academic staff members Kemal Ferit, Efe Gençay, Selim Yeşilpınar, and İlkcan Cilasın, whose dedication, mentorship, and guidance played a vital role in preparing the students for the competition.
