An accreditation and evaluation delegation appointed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) paid a visit to Final International University within the scope of the accreditation process of its engineering programs.

As part of the visit, comprehensive meetings were held with the Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Orhan Gemikonaklı, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Gizem Öksüzoğlu; Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Erden Başar; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sualp Davut, Coordinator for External Relations of the Board of Trustees; Secretary General Bülent Taşel as well as academic staff from the relevant faculties and representatives from the industry. During these meetings, discussions focused on the academic structure of the university’s engineering programs, teaching and learning processes, research infrastructure, quality assurance systems, and the level of alignment with international standards.

Within the scope of the accreditation process, the Pakistan Engineering Council delegation conducted detailed evaluations of course curricula, laboratory facilities, academic staff qualifications, and student-centered educational practices. In addition, mutual exchanges of information were carried out regarding the university’s institutional development vision and internationalization goals.

The Rector of Final International University, Prof. Dr. Orhan Gemikonaklı, expressed his satisfaction with the visit, emphasizing that international accreditation processes play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of education and strengthening the university’s global recognition. The visit concluded following general consultations related to the evaluation and accreditation process.
