“Rhythm and Flexibility” Event Held at Final International University

Final International University added another meaningful event to its activities aimed at supporting academic and practical studies in the field of sports. The event titled “Rhythm and Flexibility” was held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in Conference Hall II, with strong participation.

Organized primarily for students of the School of Physical Education and Sports (SPES) as well as university students, the event addressed the concepts of rhythm and flexibility in sports from both scientific and practical perspectives. The event was moderated by Aykut Erdoğan, while Bilgen Dinçdölek, an expert in the field, participated as the guest speaker.

During the event, Bilgen Dinçdölek shared valuable insights on the importance of rhythm in sports performance, the role of flexibility in injury prevention and performance enhancement, and the integration of these elements into training processes. Students had the opportunity to engage in an interactive environment, ask questions, and share their experiences throughout the session.

At the end of the program, Bilgen Dinçdölek was presented with a plaque on behalf of Final International University in appreciation of his valuable contributions to the event.
