The Multisensory Dining Experience, organized by the Ünal Çağıner School of Tourism and Culinary Arts at Final International University, brought together gastronomy and technology through an innovative and immersive approach. During the event, dishes prepared using modern gastronomic techniques were presented alongside digital interfaces, sound design, and visual effects. Designed by the academic staff of the Ünal Çağıner School of Tourism and Culinary Arts, the event adopted an interdisciplinary perspective by integrating experiential gastronomy, perception management, and contemporary culinary practices.
