Organized in collaboration with Anatolia Tourism Academy, the Tourism Education and Educators Association (TUREDER), and Final International University – Ünal Çağıner School of Tourism and Culinary Arts Vocational School, the 5th Anatolian Dishes Photography Competition will bring together photography and gastronomy enthusiasts in Kyrenia / TRNC in 2026, gaining an international dimension.

Held annually since 2021, the competition aims to strengthen the visual representation of the culinary cultures of Anatolia (including Thrace) and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The event seeks to raise awareness in the fields of tourism, gastronomy, and photography, encourage student participation, and enhance international visibility through the award ceremony to be held in Kyrenia.

The competition will be organized under three categories in 2026:

• Adults Category (General Category)

• Student Category

• Cyprus Dishes Category (Special Category)

Photographs submitted to the competition must feature dishes unique to Anatolia (including Thrace) and Northern Cyprus. Works that do not meet this requirement will not be evaluated.

Winners in each category will receive a plaque along with an all-inclusive holiday award at a 5-star hotel. The accommodation sponsor is Acapulco Resort Convention SPA Hotel.

Awards in each category are as follows:

• First Prize: Plaque + 5-day all-inclusive holiday for two at a 5-star hotel

• Second Prize: Plaque + 4-day all-inclusive holiday for two at a 5-star hotel

• Third Prize: Plaque + 2-day all-inclusive holiday for two at a 5-star hotel

The deadline for participation is July 30, 2026.
