FIU Library was represented at the ANKOSLink 2018 Conference, which is one of the most prestigious consortia in the field of librarianship, and is held annually in April.

At the Conference, publishers from nineteen different countries gave presentations on new technological facilities, library security systems, databases and electronic publications in the field of librarianship. Over five hundred participants attended. FIU Tangül Çağıner Library continues to commit to providing quality services to both students and researchers, and the optimisation of the role of libraries in promoting research and science.
