The Banking, Finance and Accounting program offers students a special education in their field with a global perspective.

It is aimed to ensure that FIU Banking, Finance and Accounting program graduates have the following objectives:

• Can express using professional language effectively in business life.
• Can use and apply contemporary information technology.
• It takes initiative in changing business conditions and can solve problems with analytical and creative approaches.
• Considers the awareness of social responsibility and ethics learned in business life.
• Can contribute to the development of the system in which he works by integrating his theoretical knowledge with practice.
• Can use leadership, teamwork, interpersonal communication skills.
• Has the basic knowledge related to other disciplines (economics, business administration, accounting, marketing and numerical sciences, etc.) that form the essentials of the Banking, Finance and Accounting program and makes use of this information in the field of business and information technologies.
• Understands the internationalized Banking, Finance and Accounting dynamics in the global business and information technology order.
• Understands and implements planning, organization, coordination and control functions in the field of Banking, Finance and Accounting.
• Can expose new business ideas by evaluating the opportunities and threats in the environment, prepare the necessary plans for their implementation and have entrepreneurial skills to implement these plans.
